This assistant gives general information to help you during your relative's stay in the ICU. Before you start, please read the points below.

  • No patient data. This tool has no access to medical records and cannot give information about a specific patient.
  • Automatic anonymisation. Identifying details (names, room numbers, dates, contact details…) are automatically removed before anything is stored.
  • Anonymised review. Anonymised conversations are reviewed by the ICU lead and the CNM3 to improve information for families.
  • Not a substitute for care. The assistant does not replace the care team. For anything about your relative, please speak to a nurse.
